Each client will recieve an individualized program that will include cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength training. The details of the program will be determined based on subjective and objective information gained from the client during the initial Fitness Assement.
Each session is one hour long, although the fitness assessment may take longer. Clients schedule 2-3 sessions per week on average.
This is a one time session which includes an initial fitness assessment (body composition, cardiorespiratory assessment, posture and movement assessments) and an individualized program for one phase of training.
